Just bought a new 244 (number six!). Like all "new" 244s, this one has issues, including brakes, a dented fender, rusty exaust system, and rough interior.

One of the problems is carpet fading. As seems common with the tan interiors, the carpet is badly faded. Has anybody ever tried using dye of some sort to restore the carpet? Thanks.
