almost together -- what's this bolt? 140-160

I have the engine almost completely back together, but strangely there is one bolt left. I had put everything in baggies and labelled them. Problem is, this baggie was labelled "power steering bracket." Now, there is no power steering on the car, so I obviously had a brain fart when labelling. The obvious thing would be power brake bracket, but I can't find any hole to put it into. The bolt has about a 3/8 inch thread on it (i.e. its big), and there are numbers and letter on the end of it: BUFO | 88 | UNC. I know its a long shot, but any suggestions?
