vacuum leaks - what to check? 200

just a quick question?

my 90 volvo has a rough idle that i've been trying to sort out...i'm thinking it's a vacuum leak but not exactly sure what to check...do i just check the accordian-like intake hose that connects to the throttle body, or are there other hoses to check?

i have checked the accordian-like intake and there appears to be a tiny wear hole on part of it...it is very tiny but i'm wondering if this enough to cause a rough idle?

any help is appreciated.
