At least I think its called a heat shield. When I am getting up to speed in the 20 to 45 mph range there is a sleeve just in front of the front muffler that bounces around and causes and awful racket. I know I probably need a whole new muffler but in the mean time is there a way to secure this thing so it won't make so much noise? Thanks in advance!
