Fed up...selling my car (Houston)...my loss your gain 200 1987

Okay, well I've been trying to chase this problem down for months now and am finally fed up with it. It is running rich, and will occasionally stall. I have tried twice, but will not pass inspection. When it does stall, no matter how much throttle you give, it will just bog but will still stay running.

I have replaced just about everything:
2 rebuilt AMMs
new TPS
new coolant temp sensor
new throttle body/intake man gaskets
all injectors prof. cleaned (new seals, replaced #4 w/ new bosch inj)
new hall sensor
fairly recent cap & rotor
bougicord plug wires (new ngk plugs)
new ignition coil
new O2 sensor
rebuilt ignition control unit (Programa)
took engine harness completely out (ohmed all wires, replaced sheething)
new in-tank pump
new main pump
new fuel pressure reg

I also recently replaced the blower motor and did the Volvo R-134 conversion with the new condensor, etc. However, shortly after the compressor developed a leak (oil from behind the pulley), so A/C is inop.

Anyway, in short, I'm fed up with this car. I have owned other cars, all of which I've maintained myself, and this has been the only one to leave me stranded(TWICE!).

It is a blue 240 DL sedan. The body is straight, other than a few door dings, and paint is in decent shape. I will post pics of it later if anyone is interested. I'm VERY frustrated with this car and would just like to get rid of it. Make me an offer...
