98 V90 S90-V90

After searching metro NY for a 93-95 945T I liked, I stumbled on a 98 V90 151K miles. belt changed at 140K, everything seems to work, radiator looks new. No records though.
Test drove it and all the hype about F/M=A is correct. The thing is fast. Smooth too, shifts are barely detectable
AC works OK, all electronics seem to work, even the outside temp. A few typical plastic trim parts are being replaced.
No door puckering seen.
The used car dealer is at 4500 firm.. seems reasonable although one never nows when the car is from an auction

Will have it looked at by the Volvo specialist in larchmont. I suspect the big issues may be related to
Cyclinder compression
Transmission oil color?
brakes/shocks etc.
AC wasn't super cold, may simply need a charge but gasses don't simply disappear.
Anything else?
Question. will the third seat from my 93 940 fit? Didn't see in the FAQ. Is it an easy retrofit?

thanks
Chip
