I've screwed something up S90-V90

I changed out the front rotors and replaced the rear pads as well a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm feeling a pulsing on the pedel at times when I come to a stop. When I'm going down hill and start to give some break the steering wheel starts to shimmy until I start giving it more peddle then she smooths out.
Have replaced the front bushings along with tierods and ball joints so they are fine. Question is if I have replaced one of the front rotors and have not seated the thing in correctly, will I have to buy a new one to get everything straight?
Thanks
Poolman
