I'm not a happy camper with my 960 900 1997

Went to my Indy Mechanic today to get my oil changed and replace the differential fluid. OK how the heck do you drain the differential. Don't tell me you remove the bottom bolt on the differential because we got a DRY hole on that one. I will add when you re-install the fill bolt use a 1/4 inch extension and swivel. A 1/2 inch is too big and the swivel bangs against the side of the differential when your trying to thread it into the hole knocking the treads off center. We did get some fluid out with a syphon pump but probably no more than 20%. 1997 960.
