960 brake shudder (rotors or bushings?) 900

the causes for rotors warping are listed in the 700/900 FAQ, they seem to apply, particularly heat (i live in Florida).

however, i dont get the pulsating brake pedal, which leads me to believe it could be a failing control arm bushing (i think that's what they said would go in the FAQ)

i was wondering which was more likely, and also what components i would have to replace. for instance, if it was the rotors, would i do all 4 or only the front 2. or if it was the bushings, would i only do the front lower 2 or something else?
