Battery Light On, Key Out 700

All.

I have searched this extensively. Not finding a clear answer. I am getting high 13's on my multi meter. Starts and runs fine, I have just been disconnecting the battery. PITA

I did find this: "If it's intermittent then this may not work if it is not actually lit up when you test: attach a voltwmeter set to AC scale and then run engine with some electrical load like headlights turned on. The AC voltage should be less than .050 V (50 millivolts) if the diodes are healthy." My question is: What do I touch with my multimeter to test?

Thanks in advance
