Removing Broken Easy Out 900

Does anyone have a DIY solution for removing a broken piece of an Easy Out from a threaded hole?
It broke off flush with the surface, so I can’t get pair of pliers on it. And of course it’s such hard steel that a drill bit won’t even scratch it.

Thanks in advance.
