power window failure on my 93 240 1993

Yesterday all the power windows failed in my '93 240. How do I determine if this is a fuse problem or a switch problem. If it's a fuse problem, where is the fuse box? If it's a switch problem, where is the switch located? Thanks for any help with this—it's hot as hell here in Memphis.
