Srtipped head bolt on a '79 b21 - What are my options? 200 1979

How should I get this stripped bolt out? The first thing I'm going to do is have someone put more weight on my breaker bar while I turn...this bolt is tight. If that won't turn it, what should I do? And when it comes time to re-assemble, should I just use a bolt from my local junkyard, or order a whole new set from FCP Groton? I'm not too happy with my old bolts...they take a 10 mm hex socket that goes into the bolt...seems too easy to strip. Does the oem kit from FCP have this, or are they like normal bolts? Thanks everyone!
