AC compressor belt adjusting bolt/nut assy 200

Looking for advice on this one. Today at lunch this broke along with the ac/powersteering belt. Should my Volvo dealer (in St.Louis) carry something like this? Is it the same for other Volvo's ? I appreciate anyone's thoughts, Thanks, Greg
