power window 200

Hi Folks

I have been at this for the last two days and still can't this out. I have a 1991 245 with power windows. one morning all of the power windows decided not to work and I have checked the fuse/relay and regulators. there is electricity going through the fuse/relay. But no current is getting to the regulators [power window buttons].

Can anyone help me brainstorm this issue?
