If anyone has ideas would be appreciated. I just replaced the front rotos/brakes on my 940 volvo sedan. While doing this, i lightly cleaned off the abs sensors with some brake cleaner and a rag. When i road tested the car, the front right caliper started to pulse when braking all the time. I removed the rotors etc, lightly sanded the sprocket wheel and again cleaned the sensor to make sure no junk got between the sensor and sprocket. I road tested again, this time no more pulsating, etc the drivers side was doing it now. Again I removed that side, cleaned, and road tested again. I still am getting pulsating from the drivers side, but not as violently as i was from the right side. I did notice there was a slight difference in the gap between the sensor and the sprocket wheels when comparing the left and right wheels. Is there suppose to be some kind of seting for this gap? Did I cause damage when cleaning the sensor? I did use brake cleaner, a small screwdriver to lightly scape the sensor, and a rag. Again, I was very careful while doing this. Does any one have any thoughts or help. THANKS.
