Got a set of steel rims to put Snows on. Not looking to climb the alps but would like better then All-Season.

Looking at the TIRERACK.COM and see WINTERFORCE M+S. anyone know who (really)makes these tires?
The reviews seem to be good, almost comparable to the Bridgestone BLIZZAK WS-50.

I've been driving through the Long Island Winters on All Seasons for 15 years without much problems, I got the rims for free so what the heck, Snows would be nice.
