What rear shocks should I install with my IPD Cargo Springs 200

I just got a new set of IPD cargo springs to install on my 1992 245. Lately I've been towing a small trailer to the dump every two weeks filled with tree limbs and yard waste. I've noticed that the instructions that came with the springs does not recommend OEM rear shocks with the springs. What has your experience been? What rear shocks do you use with your IPD cargo springs?
