Cruise Control for '88 Volvo 200 1988

I am trouble shooting the cruise control for my '88 240. On the '88 the cruise control has an accuator under the dash that connects to gas peddle. There is a rubber hose/tube that goes from the accuator and the break peddle to a two-part device in the engine compartment just to the left of windshield motor. The left part of this device has a nipple labeled "servo" that goes into passenger compartment and over to the accuator. The other hose on the device on the left is marked "vacuum". There is a hose on this nipple that goes to the intake manifold. However there was no hose on the nipple on the black device on the right. I found this picture (see below) that is a little ambiguous in terms of where things go. I assume that that T that we see connects to the short section of hose to the "vacuum" nipple on the left device (that is obvious) AND then runs to the nipple on the longer device on the right (not clear at all). Does any one have a better picture or diagram or an '88 with a cruise control to verify the assumption? Thanks for your help on this.

Mike
