Diamond Cut Sealed Beams....are they an authentic UPGRADE?? 700 1986

Fellow Bricksters:
I just found these sealed beam 'upgrade' on eBay:


"This set is complete it includes: 2 DOT approved Diamond cut Sealed beam conversion housings, 2 wiring harnesses, 2 rubber covers (keep housings dry), 2 65/55 Standard Wattage Xenon H4 bulbs that have an output of 90/100W. These are for the low beams only"

Are they worth the $15 plus $24 shipping ?
Should I just stick to the normal sealed beams and eventually upgrade the wiring to 12 guage?
What say you, o volvo gurus?
