did anyone notice this ? cam lobes not centered in the middle of some lifter holes 120-130

Hello,

When assembling my B20 I noticed that not all cam lobes are positioned in the center of the lifter bores. This (mis)allignment is about 3mm.
I tried this with several cams and they all show the same pattern.
I can think of no reason why, on the contrary, in my opninion it's a bad thing.
Does anyone have an explanation ?
