Air leaking sound 900

Hi everyone
On 1991 940SE with 267K, some kind of air leaking noise is coming from the passenger side footwell. This kind of sound is coming all the time but not that loud but as you release the gas pedal suddenly it makes the sound that noise resemble to same as big trucks or buses break air is released. Please guide me in proper direction to look for the root cause.

BTW this noise does not come when the car is idling or the rpm's are increased when car is parked. It only comes when the car is being driven.
