86 240 wagon fuel/wiring issue 200

Interesting story. 1986 240 wagon was running fine but 4 harness wires on firewall block were corroded and arching. I decided to replace all 4 wires in the harness. 1 to starter,1 to alt, 1 to temp guage and another on engine block. After completing the job the car sputtered and died and now fuel pumps do not run. When I jump 4 and 6 fuse at least 1 pump runs. I can feel relay(new) clicking when I turn key off and on. How do I jumper relay? Any suggestions? Could I have knocked a wire loose somewhere? Any help is appreciated.
