940 Turbo Flame trap 900 1993

Hi,

I read from the preventive maintenance that the flame trap must be replaced every 15,000 miles to prevent damage resulting in clogging and oil leak. I need to know whether turbo has flame trap as I have difficulty locating it. If it exists, can someone provide a clue how I can locate it as I'm a layman with no knowledge at all. If flame trap does not exist in a turbo engine, what should I do prevent clogging or oil leak.

I love my Volvo and intend to keep it for at least another 8 to 10 years.
