Air conditioning

Replaced compressor, 8oz pag, new recvr/dryer, new seals at all connection cleaned out entire system, evaporator in good condition, condenser cleaned inside and out, but having air problems. Cold not find leaks with UV dye. Did have cool air and now none.

On low side at 92 deg F ambient, I have about 90psi, but no cold air. Compressor is running and condenser cooling fan running. Is it time to take to a shop?
