M47 II fill plug has some metal shavings on there...

At 212,000 miles I pulled off the filler plug on the gearbox of my 1992 245... and there was about a teaspoon of fine metal particles attached to the magnet. Just wondering if this is ordinary wear and tear after so many miles, or am in for heartache sometime soon?

BTW, the oil level was fine, the transmission shifts fine, and though it makes a slight 'turbine' sounding wine in 5th gear, it is otherwise pretty quiet.
