1989 760 turbo rebuild

Hello all,
My 760 blew a head gasket,B230FT, (200,000) and need to rebuild the Garret turbo while I have it apart. I need a good recommendation for a turbo rebuilder in So Cal that someone has used and have at least had on the car for 1 year. I have heard of a few guys having them rebuilt and have them fail in less than 1 year. I also need a good machine shop for the head,surfacing,valve grind etc. Should I replace the exhaust valves due to metal fatigue? Has anyone ported this head for more breathability or just leave it as Volvo manufactured it?
