Volvo 240DL suspension replacement 1987

I am looking forward to change the suspension components on my 1990 volvo 240dl sw.Can somebody tell me the size of wrenches(imp) and other tools which are needed to do the front strut cartridge replacement and the rear shock absorber . What shocks do u suggest for front . I am going for gr2 by KYB for rear I am going for monroe sensatrac (they were available at pepboys) . Any other thing I need to take care of while doing the job
