Bumper trim 200 1993

In replacing the broken corner trim below the headlight, I discovered that the long trim that runs across the top of the bumper was held on primarily by a screw, screwed into the broken trim piece I was replacing. One of the 7 clips is broken, and the others will grab the trim, but won't hold it, a light touch will pull it up. I'm guessing the clips are stretched out and need to be replaced.

Any tricks to doing this other than replacing the clips (and without using screws)? If I do replace the clips how do I remove the old ones/attach the new ones?

Thanks!
