Mystery Relay Plug 200 1990

Working my way through a bunch of wiring problems with this car. Behind the instrument cluster is a black four pin plug (four in use, center empty=5) with four wires in. Red, Gray, Green and blue/yellow. I cannot find a thing in the Bentley that matches this. What's it for? Exits the main bundle behind the instrument cluster right near the bulb failure relay. I find that the ground for the fuel pump relay (blue/red) has been run direct to a chassis ground. The wire from the harnes (from the injection or ignition CU) does not make ground in any key position. I think this is internal in one of the CU's, so that's bad, yes? I'm wondering if the missing relay has anything to do with this. Doesn't look like hi beams are working, but I hear a relay up front clicking--that's the high beam relay, near the battery I believe, yes? Small metallic relay on the driver's floor is the main, yes?

Feeling challenged by this one!

Thx,

DS
