Slow Idle Problem 700 1991

Recently, my '91 745 began idling at between 400-600 rpm. It seems to drop to about 400 rpm when decellerated to a stop and then rebounds to about 600 rpm within a couple of seconds. It has occassionally cutoff a few times during this slow idle but not consistently. Otherwise, the engine seems to be performing well. I flashed the codes on the OBD-I and got no problem codes (1-1-1 only).
