Ignition timming 900

After a significant garage session fixing everything I should (could), my previous post indicated a broken sprocket bolt in the auxilliarly shaft of my 940 non-turbo (B230F) engine. The bolt was extracted but upon build-up I think I disturbed the distributor timming to the rest of the engine. I have the Regina-Rex (front distributor mount) set-up. I started up the engine and its only hitting on one cylinder. HELP!
