What Air Mass Meters are compatible with an '86 244? 200 1986

The AMM in my '86 244 needs to be replaced, as the car is doing all sorts of goofy things until it's unplugged.

My question, What other years/models came with compatible AMMs? I'm going to yank one out of the junk yard instead of paying the insane price for a new one.

Anyway to tell if they are any good from visual inspection?
