Heater fan alignment problem? 700 1991

Hello, I have a 91 740 wagon

When I accelerate hard or turn left, there is a rubbing sound (not metalic)from the heater fan motor area. The fan works in all speeds except #4 though I don't think that is part of the rubbing sound, but who knows.

Any ideas as to what the cause is and what part I will need before I tear it apart?
