Engine running strange

Hi guys,

I own a an '88 740 wagon, and the problem is, when I start from a corner or a red light, as the rpm ramp up, the the engine " bucks " and then when I reach the crusing speed I steel feel the engine " bucking " and see the RPM loosing a couple of hundred rpms .... what can it be ???
