For those uninformed, like me: Corrosion on electrical connections causes all sorts of wierdness. My fuses were looking a bit gungy. Took time yesterday to remove fuses, disconnect battery, and wire brushed away. Picked up some dielectric grease to coat 'looking like new' fuse holders. No power to power up the windows, and here comes the rain !! Quick checks, and test......."bad relay ?!" For those who never replaced the power window relay (hidden below/under the center vents...behind the center console). Replacement is the primary to blower moter replacement. I'm sure you've fiqured that, that wasn't the problem....Corrision on the connections to the fuse holders. Removal of the plastic fuse holder revealed the problem. So, get rid of any green/ white looking crud hanging around any and all electric connections. Yeah, power windows now work.
Enjoy
