Turn Signals S90-V90 1997

Hello...Had the turning signal on, blinking in instrument panel, and then it froze ON. Now, I have no signals and the flashers don't work. The passenger, rear turning signal bulb is not lit. I changed the bulb and it still doesn't light. The signals in the front don't appear to be the same brightness. Nothing blinks. Any ideas?
