Turbo rebuild parts supplier? 900 1995

Hi, my turbo is shot for sure - had to plug the oil line to the turbo after I had a great big cloud of blue smoke behind the car on the freeway.
Found some great info on the FAQ, but where to get parts? I would like to redo the turbo myself, if I can. The unitedturbo.com that is mentoned in the FAQ appears to be DOA.
Car is a 1995 945 with Mitsu TD04-13C
