Adjusting CO on 1980 B21F K-Jet

OK, I need to adjust the CO and idle mixture on a 1980 242, with the B-21F engine and K-Jet injection. Please confirm the procedure. I hook up my dwell meter to the red test lead near the left front fender, use the 3mm allen wrench in the adjustment hole in the fuel distributor. Do I make the adjustment with the black wire (single wire) to the O2 sensor disconnected ? What dwell reading am I looking for ? Thanks.
