Rebuild on M41 J type 120-130

Can anyone recomend someone who could rebuild my M41 J type transmission. The O/D is working fine but second gear is making a clanging noise and reverse makes the same noise but not as loud. I need someone located in the Pacific Northwest I live in Great Falls, Montana. Thanks, Bob
