Seat Cover (or Recover) Suggestions - currently cracked vinyl 200

I have a '91 240 wagon with Tan vinyl interior. The driver's side seat has quick a few cracks and I would ideally like to recover it. I'd be happy replacing the seats but every other vinyl seat is in the same sad stage of disrepair. Does anyone have any recommendations for seat covers that look good & most importantly fit these seats well? Can I recover them?
