AC Compressor Shot...Replacement Options for '92 244 R12 200

Hey all,

My AC compressor is leaking oil and is basically on its last run. I'd like to keep the R12 setup and FCP groton has a Seltec AC compressor for $255. Or if converting their R134 is also a Seltec, and runs $265. Any suggestions and/or opinions on quality?
