My 87 760 turbo is running but has little power. Is it possible that the turbo is out and the car is running? The turbo needle moves but the car has little pickup. Is there any mechanical or safety issues with operating without the turbo and how can I tell if the turbo is out? This is a used vehicle I just purchased.
