Help with replacement vacuum/fuel hoses for EEC/charcoal canister? 200 1989

In a previous post I mentioned info I pulled off of my charcoal canister. Both the vacuum hose and fuel to throttle body host are rotted (with holes) near where they pass in front of the stabilizer arm to the canister. The vacuum host is actually cracked.

I have a check engine light with code 1-1-3 and 2-3-2. I suspect the 2-3-2 might be caused by the open hoses allowing air to leak in ahead of the mass flow meter. I don't hear any whistling sound when it is running, though.

Anybody know where I can get replacement gasoline hoses that will hold up to the heat? Is it common for these to deteriorate like this?
