A/C Accumulator ices 760 GLE 1988 ECC 700 1988

Accumulator and low pressure line icing. After I have replaced a pice of tibe under the front right wheel (it was leaking, and the old tube had a little “container” on it, but the new was just a stright tube). After i had refild with 1.1 kg. Freon R12, the ECC is runing fine, but it is not recykling, and the low pressure tube from accumulator (and accumulator) is now icing.
Haw du i solve this problem ??
