Lucky exhaust manifold removal? 700

Doing a R&R of the B230FT exhaust manifold (leak at #3 cylinder burning out spark wire)

Top five bolts came out with little more than finger-loosening. (I could have measured torque in inch-pounds)

On 3 or these 4 positions, three studs backed out with the nuts still in place.
One of the nuts backed off, leaving the stud in the block. No breakage.

Still need to loosen the bottom three, but letting them soak overnight.

Am I just lucky to have these four bolts/studs/nut come off so easy?

Or will I have trouble on installation since three studs backed out altogether?

Should I leave the nut/stud assemblies alone on those three freed studs and just screw them back in, or, try to separate the nuts from the freed studs?

(I have new nuts and two new, spare studs)

Of hand, what is the installation torque spec on these?
