Door and Window squeaks 900

I'm seventy one years old and thought I knew how to lub car doors so they wouldn't squeak; but the 960 has me stumpted. I've tried oil, grease (white and black) on my driver side door and no luck--now they all are starting to squeak---any ideas? Special grease? etc.

Also, the windows up front ane squeaking when they go up and down--same questions! Not suppose to have squeaks on Volvos, who ever hear of it? (ha)
