Braking vibrations 200 1987

hi,
I notice when I brake a bit of a vibration. The car is an 87 240 sedan so it does not have ABS. Would it be a warped rotor? Any other ideas? It normally occurs most significantly on downhill or quick braking. I did not notice the problem 2 months ago when I put new tires on the rims.
