940 idles slow when cold but fast when hot 900 1991

My 91 940GL with B230F has an odd idle issue. When the car is first started adn then engine is cold, the idle is very slow - about 500rpm or so. After the engine has warmed up to normal temp it idles fast - about 1100-1200rpm. The car hasn't been driven much and did sit for just over a week in the garage before this problem first occurred. A good drive on the highway this morning did nothing. Otherwise the car drives perfectly fine. Any ideas???
