Recommended oil grade 700 1987

I wanted to know what oil grade would you guys recommend for my 1987 Volvo 740 Turbo Intercooler Sedan. It has 90,000 original miles. I would have to say that I drive it kind of hard and use the A/C a lot. It doesn't leak any oil. And I drive it here in central California, where it is about 95 to 110 degrees fahrenheit in the summer. Thanks in advance for your recommendations. George.
